MacBook Air 2022 could get Mini-LED screen – and no controversial notch

The DigiTimes report claims the Air could get in with Mini-LED technical school, though note that it's couched in terms of Orchard apple tree being 'likely' to use the new screens for an incoming MacBook Air 13.3-column inch due at some stage in 2022, according to the usual anonymous industry sources. (As well as purportedly adopting Mini-LED for the iPad Pro 11, as a side-note).

DigiTimes has antecedently claimed that Miniskirt-Light-emitting diode is incoming for the MacBook Air 2022, as has well-respected Apple analyst Ming-Ch'i Kuo‌.

Dylandkt, the other source here, also isn't sure on the Mini-LED front, observing similarly that it's 'likely' to come about, but without Publicity tech (which allows for faster refresh rates). Interestingly, the Twitter-settled leaker isn't sure happening the snick either, and can't affirm its mien yet, simply the Air apparently South Korean won't have Face ID (just then neither do the new MacBook Pros with the mountain pass).

Away from the display, Dylandkt makes a mixed bag of other assertions most the MacBook Air which he believes will get mid-2022.

So, Dylandkt does say that the starting price of the Air is expected to have a 'slight' increase for the 2022 offering, simply if Mini-LED is entrance, we'd expect it'd be more than a touch of a price hike. We stay skeptical around this one, then, although there's ever the possibility that Orchard apple tree could continue the up-to-the-minute MacBook Air around if the 2022 model debuts with Miniskirt-Light-emitting diode, and that'd represent the pocketbook-friendly choice.
